Overview

Ground floor music venue (oh joy!) with accessible loo. Not perfect, but ok and has some jolly good bands on.

Transport & Parking

2.5

We usually park on the road just round the corner from the venue, where there are spaces or you can park on double yellow lines with a blue badge. Unfortunately this is a cobbled road :( Some buses go to/from Victoria Street just round the corner. It's also about a mile from Bristol Temple Meads station.

Access

4

Level in, and level inside. Disabled toilet, unisex but no Radar key so it does get a bit manky when you go to a busy gig, as it's used by lazy able bodied folk. They give free carer tickets - email or call the venue to be put on the guest list. The bar is high and there's no lowered bit. No viewing platform unfortunately, and it does get mega busy during sold out gigs, so wheelchair users have to push to the front; this is fine and gives a great view (and we have never got any stick from other punters for 'pushing in') but does not make for an easy or quick trip to the toilet.

Toilets

3

Good but no radar key (and not massively clean anyway)

Staff

5

Door staff/security are generally lovely and if you wanted them to help you get through the crowd I'm sure they would be happy to oblige (they have offered before but I am pretty pushy so happy to do that myself) and they have also let us in ahead of the queue before :)

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I'm afraid I can't comment on accessibility for any disabilities other than mobility impairment.
