Overview
Plush, attractive cosy restaurant with an evening dinner to please. The warmth was added to by plush cosy dinning chairs, the atmosphere was good, decor delightful, and staff eager to please. The pianist although a young person was good and offered a variety of music fit for a restaurant. Wheelchair was discreetly removed by staff for us, and a quiet cosy table for two provided. Starters were very nice, photo 9, light toasted fish cake, fresh salad leaves, chilli dip. Photo 10, White crab, apple and celery with brown crab mayonnaise. The Entr’ees included photo 12 Salmon, fresh boiled jersey potatoes, light salad leaves, while photo 13 plate included a Trio of Welsh lamb, faggot, crispy basil, Aubergine, Pommes Arena. The desert course offered a “Cacan Avon Mel” Welsh honey cake, Honeycomb, Caramelised white chocolate, with clotted cream Ice cream, while I enjoyed the “Lemon and Stem ginger cheesecake, coconut Ice cream, Lemon curd, toasted coconut. Fully satisfied we retired to our MOSTYN suite, and enjoyed a very comfortable rest
