They use a hoist at the swimming pool which is fine but they put the hoist into the cold pool for someone wth cp that doesn't work because i get too cold too quickly.

Went to the disabled loo at the swimming pool and the the disabled was dirty with white powder so didn't use the loo.

Just trying to get information on accessibility into the pool, never mind opening times/lanes, is both difficult & confusing. Vertical ladders up the sides of the pool or a hoist, unbelievably for a building of this age, there's no steps for ambient people with mobility issues.
