No parking nearby and difficult access for wheelchair users

Overview
The restaurant was great as was the food. However, there is absolutely no parking near the restaurant as it is in a residential area. Parking is over a busy main road where you can park in side streets or in Tesco car park but you might have to pay. You then have a long walk/wheel to get across the road, up a hill around the back of the restaurant to access the ramp. I wouldn't be able to go independently as I wouldn't be able to push myself that far. They have booths which mean you are sticking out into the walkway if you stay in your wheelchair.
Transport & Parking
I drove but as there was nowhere to park nearby, I couldn't be dropped off so had a significant distance to go to park and then cross the busy main road and go around the back of the restaurant, through a residential area to get in the building.
Access
No signage at all, so I asked some people around and they didn't know how wheelchair users would get in. I rang the restaurant and they gave me directions but it isn't clear at all where you go. The access is at the back so you feel like a second class citizen not being able to go in through the front doors like your friends or family would do. There were no benches to sit on during the long walk from where you might park so it was exhausting for elderly people accessing the building with a lot of steps at the front.
Toilets
There was an accessible loo but I didn't go into it.
Staff
Staff were friendly and attentive. I'm not sure how disability aware they were though.
