A venue that consistently provides good service and good food.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Access into the pub is easy, once inside it can be busy and then manoeuvring does need care. The bar and both restaurant areas are all on the level.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
With disabled parking right outside the front door and a safe stone ramp upto the door it could not be better for wheelchair users.
Accessible Toilets
Average
The loo is in one of the restaurants , not adjacent to the main toilets which are upstairs. It takes some finding and I disturbed other diners to reach the loo door. Once inside the loo it takes some manoeuvring to reach the toilet itself. There are support bars and the room is clean but it is not ideal.
Staff
Good
Our party of 16 was well looked after for both drinks and meals. The food arrived together with several staff and was enjoyable. THe main waiter was both efficient and humourous.
Additional Information
I would recommend the Pine Marten to other disabled guests. With family in Harrogate we will return for a family get together.
