Disabled Access at The President Hotel

Our Accessibility Suites provide a little easier access to those with limited mobility… These suites are accessible via wheelchair and feature wet rooms with grab rails. Although suitable for those with reduced mobility, these suites are not fully equipped rooms for those who require ceiling hoists or profile beds. The Accessibility Suites are available with rear, side and sea views, on our upper floors with access being provided by elevator. The front door of The President Hotel has ramp access, and all shared areas of The President Hotel are accessible by wheelchair users, with lowered counters on the Reception Desk and at Kennedy’s Cabaret Bar. There is also a disabled toilet on the ground floor, so guests can access these facilities before check-in and after check-out, as well as throughout a night of entertainment in Kennedy’s Cabaret Lounge. All of our Accessibility Suites feature grab rails in the wet room bathrooms, with chairs under the showers. We also have wheelchairs and a portable hoist available onsite, which can be provided via Reception. Mobility Scooters and other mobility equipment is available for hire from a local supplier, and will be organised by Reception upon request. All floors are equipped with Evac+Chairs for use in emergency scenarios, where the lift would not be in use. Our Accessibility Suites come in a variety of configurations, from double/twin to family rooms.
