About

We are a road side diner situated on the A82 and close to the West Highland Way at Tyndrum, half way between Glasgow and Fort William. We serve award winning locally sourced and homemade fish and chips and other fast food favourites in addition to delicious homebaking and great coffee in a casual envirnoment. We offer a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere which does at times makes us very busy and whilst we don't take bookings, the only exception to rule is specially for disabled customers. Our car park includes enlarged accessible parking bays.

Lunch with Friends

Drove up the A82 to Tyndrum on a beautiful sunny day with 2 friends for lunch and visit the new Changing Places Toilet at The Green Welly Stop.

Chis and Fips

Great visit to the best fish and chip cafe in Scotland! Great disabled parking right outside, gravel at outdoor table area difficult to access, but Owner addressing that. Staff super friendly and very disabled aware. The owner Sarah has a passion for access and inclusion that was palpable and alive, this blew my mind and made this lunch special

Fabulous fish and chips

Small cafe (opposite the Green Welly). Plenty of parking, two disabled spaces but these weren't any bigger than normal spaces. Ramp access to door. Double doors which are quite heavy. Not much room to move around inside if you're in a wheelchair but staff were very helpful . Good range of food and lovely cakes.
