Poor accessibility

This venue was not accessible. There was no obvious accessible entrance, so my wife had to get out of her wheelchair and stagger up the steps. I had to carry the wheelchair. There were staff present as we came through the door and not a single one offered help. When we used the accessible toilet, there was no red pull cord. Instead there was a sign saying "Emergency pull cord temporarily out of action. Sorry for any inconvenience." Needless to say I have contacted the business and am awaiting a response, and have ordered some red cord cards.
