Good
Entirely accessible and without any fuss or bother.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access was fine, via a lift to get to the foyer, and after that you were able to get to all levels by lift.
Parking & Transport
Good
We walked there but got public transport back. It's at an accessible tube station (London Bridge) but the lift was out of action. Staff quickly showed us where to get an accessible bus though.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Good loo but the door was really heavy, even for a carer.

Good
Good jolly staff, sufficiently attentive.
