We visited for the first time recently with a mobility scooter, the mall is well laid out and plenty of space to maneuver a scooter about. There is a fantastic selection of shops and plenty of disabled parking nearby, in the town centre. (We didn't park in the mall xarpark so can't comment) The only issue we came across was that the disabled toilets were hidden, they weren't even shown on the maps, we had to ask the cleaners. I have since complained and they said they would rectify this issue ASAP. When we did eventually find the disabled toilets, we found many people were using them who were not disabled and clearly couldn't be bothered walking down the stairs to the main toilets. The museum isn't accessible either as its a small winding staircase to get down and we never seen a lift anywhere. We had a good day none the less!
