The Three Chimneys Restaurant and The House Over-By have been offering the very finest of Skye, Land and Sea for over thirty years now. We are one of the best Retreat, Eat and Sleep experiences in the world. Wonderful hospitality and a very warm welcome awaits all of our guests. Lunch is served daily from Easter until November, dinner is served nightly throughout the year apart from our annual closure period from Mid December until mid January. We offer luxurious accommodation including a fully accessible bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom.

Excellent meal in a lovely setting

My husband, two friends & me went to this restuarant for a meal & had a lovely time. The access was all good although there was a car park with large chips we had to negotiate to get to the kitchen where we had our meal. All the staff were amazing & very helpful.

Deliciously brilliant!

Pals have been recommending the restaurant at Three Chimneys to me for yonks - and I was finally lucky enough to visit earlier this year... Yes it was worth the wait! There are a couple of small lips and a bit of gravel / uneven ground to get in but otherwise there is level access throughout. There was great ambiance with a bustling yet comfortable dining room - and a good accessible loo too! Will definitely be recommending...
