Accessible cafe with friendly staff. Handy car parking if required. 2 entrances both automated.

There are two entrances. Both will be shown in the photos. Both are automated making access for wheelchair users easier.

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
I live in Barnard Castle so I walked. However there are accessible car parking spaces adjacent to the café entrance near the library. The accessible spaces nearest the café are on a slope so be warned.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
The accessible toilet is to the right hand side of the lift if entering from the street. It's also a baby change area so can be busy. There are grab rails and it's clean and tidy.

Excellent
The staff are friendly and helpful. Many are volunteers as well as paid staff.
Additional Information
It is my preferred café in Barney. The cafe prefers cards only unless exact cash is exchanged. The addition of Henry's bar is a much needed additional cafe space with wider table space. Helpful if you have limited mobility.
