The main theatre is fully accessible, with a lift to the upper floor - and staff will take out seat(s) downstairs if required.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Level front access plus automatic doors. Can be tricky negotiating crowds but good access throughout (including cafe area).
Parking & Transport
Average
A bit difficult to find - best approached by car (spacious car park with disabled bays) or by foot (just follow the signs for 'The Lake').
Accessible Toilets
0These are around but personally I didn't try them.
Staff
Average
Staff are friendly if a bit fussy. Help with seating and programmes were also there.
Additional Information
My parents and I have been coming here for thirty years, and watched it develop in this time. Tonight's show - Patrick Barlow's acclaimed adaptation of "The 39 Steps" was the latest in a long line of successes.
