Good

Very accessible hotel in Lerwick, Shetland. Lerwick is the capital & the main town in the islands.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

The ground floor of the hotel is all level with wide corridors. All areas are signposted however I have never stayed here so don’t know about accomodation.

Accessible facilities: Step-free access to most areas

Parking & Transport

Good

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle

Free disabled parking slots relatively near the main entrance to the hotel. From the parking area into the hotel is level tarmac & level slabs as seen on the photo. The entrance doors are not automatic but are easily managed especially if there is someone there to open them.

Accessible Toilets

Good

Toilet was clean adequate room for my wheelchair. Also adequate hand rails & a red cord in place.

Good

Staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful- arranging a suitable place for my wheelchair at the table.
