Rudeness of manager upon discussing accessibility and poor accessibility via a lift

There was an aisle that was inaccessible. I asked to speak to the manager politely, who informed me the pallets have been there over the weekend and it was only for the weekend. The manager was rearranging furniture upstairs. I explained that from a disabled person's perspective it was inaccessible and just asked if it had been taken into consideration. I was told that staff could help me. I explained some people do not have the ability to request help. The lift is also poorly designed due to the old layout of the building and the type of building it is. You go in and then have to turn a 45° angle to exit the lift, which can be very difficult if you do not have the right wheelchair. Upon speaking to the female manager who had been there for six months, she told me I was nitpicking and it was only going to be there for another 24 hours. My point is she told me her hands are tied and there is too much stock to make it accessible.
