I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.

Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There are large, automatic doors on the entrance to the shop and each aisle is easily navigated through in a wheelchair. There is a lift on the left side of the store which is just big enough for my standard-width wheelchair to fit into with one standing passenger. There are also stairs to take you to the many floors inside TK Maxx, Cardiff.

There isn't any dedicated parking for TK Maxx, however there are multi-storey carparks located throughout the city centre at some distances away from the store. Nearby on foot are links to public bus stops, Cardiff Central train station and bus station are a short-ish distance away. There is also a taxi rank located just outside of Cardiff Central train station.
Accessible Toilets
As far as I am aware, there aren't any customer toilets available inside TK Maxx. However, St David's Shopping Centre is close by and does have public toilets.
Staff
Good
Staff at TK Maxx were friendly and helpful when purchasing my shopping. They made sure to pass the card reader and my purchases over to me in my wheelchair, rather than have me stretch.
