Overview
Huge, amazing but toilets are definitely the worst part but would recommend regardless!
Transport & Parking
We drove to the Trafford centre and it took us a while to find a blue badge parking space but we eventually did. When we got out the car we saw that there weren't many drop down kerbs to get to the centre and if you were visiting on your own then this could prove challenging!
Access
Multiple lifts and very smooth path throughout but I don't think there were automatic doors at the entrance which was disappointing. Multiple toilets.
Toilets
The disabled toilet had everything that I needed but the toilet is locked by a key and to enter you needed to phone a number and ask them to bring the key to open the door but after waiting 10 minutes, another wheelchair user who had a key kindly opened the door for us and we are yet to see a member of staff. I could point out multiple things that are wrong with that but I just don't understand why with how advanced we are supposed to be, why we couldn't just phone the number and they press a button that opens the door?
Staff
I didn't see any staff employed by Trafford centre so I won't comment
