Excellent

We stayed here whilst Cage Warroprs was on. Excellent service from the staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and welcoming, Disabled access, TV and coffee facilities and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from. They also use a taxi firm which they give you a code to quote to them where you get a cheaper and standard fare. Would definately return here again, as its only 5-10 mins from the airport, nec and train station.

Excellent

The access and the general quality of this hotel is much better compared to many other Travelodge's that I have stayed in. However there is a door right beside the lift on the 2nd floor which could be hard for wheelchair users to open,

Parking & Transport

Good

We were allowed to park beside the reception for 15 minutes and then we parked about 1 minute away from the entrance to the hotel. You'll need to book your car parking at least 24 hours before your stay.

Accessible Toilets

Good

The loo in my bedroom had everything that I required.

Staff

Excellent

Staff were excellent but the staff member who helped me in the car park was as high as the sky.
