We booked this rather last minute and wasn't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
All accessible by lifts, big wide corridors and doors. The shower had a grab bar and it was up a step up.
Parking & Transport
Good
Right beside Vauxhall Station and opposite the bus station.
Staff
Good
Very polite and communicated well, asked about the nearest cash machine etc.
Additional Information
As it its opposite the train station the windows are glazed and do not open, though you do not hear the trains, the room got really warm and the air-con was really noisy, but I got used to it! The bed was comfortable too. The Waitrose beside was handy. Reception is in the basement but accessible by lifts.
