Overview

Thoroughly enjoyed my trip into Union square. Plenty of accessible parking, level access throughout and lots of accessible loos dotted around the centre.

Transport & Parking

There are plenty of parking bays outside the centre and there is an indoor car park too. The centre is attached to Aberdeen train station, so it’s very easy to get to by train.

Access

Level access from both street entrances and also level access from the train station. All doors have automatic doors, although it can be a little difficult to find the lifts.

Toilets

Toilets were a little smaller than expected, but were clean and had everything I needed. I even found a Euan’s Guide red cord card inside the loo.

Staff

I didn’t have any need to speak/interact with centre staff, but there was always someone around if needed.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

There is a large food court in the centre and it is directly across the road from the ferry port. Great place to visit.
