A good bookshop, but difficult for wheelchair users to navigate.

The entrance is step-free. As usual with Waterstones, the display tables are too close together and there are several places where a wheelchair user can't get through the gaps between them. This is VERY annoying and thoughtless.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Streatham Hill and Streatham stations are nearby and both have full step-free access. Zillions of buses serve Streatham High Road, too many to list here.
Accessible Toilets
0I didn't find a toilet of any kind, not even one for hamsters.
Staff
Average
All the staff are friendly enough, but two stars lost for the inconsiderate layout of the shop's display tables.
