Overview

We now know to ask for a wheelchair and have borrowed one more than once here. Staff seem very familiar with the process and happily find it for us. Loo is with the other loos and not too far from the front door. Disabled parking right by the door.

Transport & Parking

Drove obviously! Several blue badge bay by front door.

Access

No steps, level entrance, automatic doors. Easy push for my husband. He went in first and went into WH Smiths to say I needed a chair. The staff member scurried off to find it (unfortunately there is only one and it was on the northbound side but bless them, they went and got it). Husband was entrusted with the chair for duration of our visit. I've sat in some tatty borrowed chairs but this one wasn't bad!

Toilets

Well equipped. Not really large enough to turn a chair inside. Reasonable clean. No radar key needed.

Staff

Very happy with Smiths staff member for going over the bridge to get the chair (and for not just sending my husband to get it himself).
