Good
The first thing you must do if you're planning to visit this museum is visit the website! The disabled entrance is on Pembroke Street, round the corner from the main entrance and it's not terribly easy to find. Once you do find it there is a ramp access to the door and a lift to all floors just inside the door. The museum has three 'galleries' all accessible by lift and all quite spacious. Wheelchair users will have no problem getting about. It's only a small museum but it's free and I spent a pleasant hour in there.

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
I use a rollator and walked there from my hotel which was quite nearby. You could be dropped off near the entrance but I saw no Blue Badge parking nearby. Street parking is extremely restricted on Pembroke Street and the nearest parking is at the Grand Arcade shopping centre. I walked past it on my way so it's not far.

Toilets were very good, roomy and spotlessly clean. Again, accessible via the lift.

Excellent
The only staff I spoke to was on the front desk but she was cheerful and friendly. I also have to mention that prior to my visit the lift was out of order but their customer services team emailed me regularly with updates which I thought was excellent service.
