It offers creative, accomplished cooking at affordable prices, attentive, knowledgeable service from friendly staff and a relaxed, informal dining room. wilks restaurant champions all that is local; farmers, growers, suppliers, even local artists who show their work in the restaurant. wilks philosophy is centred on offering choice and value to their customers. There is a great value set menu at lunch alongside the a la carte menu. Wines are young and adventurous!

Accessible Michelin starred restaurant

As you would expect from this 1 starred Michelin restaurant the food is truly excellent and comes at a price but is not totally stratospheric (£240 for 2 for taster menu, quite a lot of wine and tip). My wife went in her electric chair. Access is good but there is no disabled loo. Would recommend as long as you can use a normal loo or hold it! We would go again.
