Overview

Went for a pedicure & bikini wax before my holiday. Was seen by Neiva who volunteered to help with my socks & shoes without being asked and made adjustments to make everything as easy as possible for me.

Transport & Parking

I got there on my mobility scooter. There isn't dedicated parking but there is a bus stop just outside and on-street parking.

Access

Access is via Charlie Millers Stockbridge salon. Entry is via a manual door that opens outwards, but the receptionist was quick to come and open this as soon as she saw me. Inside the salon is spacious & airy with ample room for a mobility scooter or chair to manoeuvre. The treatment rooms are at the back of the salon. Mine was big enough for me to drive my mobility scooter in but not to turn, so I had to back out. The treatment bed lowers to approximately knee height.

Toilets

Can't comment as I didn't use the toilet.

Staff

The receptionist was friendly & helpful and my beautician Neiva could not have been more friendly and helpful.

I had a luxury pedicure and the one disadvantage is that this is done on a bed, rather than a chair, which made it a bit awkward to get my feet in to the foot spa at the start.
