Venue Description

Ride a guided boat through bustling wetlands. Explore towering reedbeds to wonder at wildlife. From natural play areas to modern bird hides – take time to relax, discover, learn or play. Arundel Wetland Centre’s paved walkways lead you through a collection of wildfowl from around the world to secluded spots to watch local wildlife. With family friendly activities and crafts during holidays and half terms, there’s something new to explore every season!

Accessibility

The grounds have level access with tarmac on main routes and wooden board walks over waterways and marshy areas. / Manual wheelchairs are permitted on the Wetlands Discovery Boat Safari. Motorized chairs are too heavy and wide for the access ramp. / There are several manual wheelchairs that can be borrowed on a first come first served basis./ Trained assistance dogs only (i.e. guide dogs). No other dogs are permitted. / Our hides have level access or ramps with low level viewing windows. / Automatic doors on Visitor centre building. / CPT open May 27 2023

Accessible Performances

Wetland Discovery Boat safari Trips: Manual wheelchairs can be accomodated on the Wetlands Discovery Boat Safari. Unfortunately motorized chairs are too heavy and wide for the access ramp. Pelican Cove talk and Daily Diving Duck feed are in paved areas.
