Overall Rating
Good
This restaurant is located in the heart of Crawley town centre and offers a spacious interior. You can see the ingredients displayed behind a glass counter, and the menu is full of variety. They serve chicken and lamb shawarma, hand-pulled rice dishes, and traditional desserts like baklava. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and it’s definitely worth a visit.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
The entrance has manual glass double doors, and there is a ramp from the road to the pavement near the entrance. Inside the restaurant, there are fixed sofas and movable chairs. The menu is printed in bold text, and you can also view it on a screen at the counter. Staff are happy to explain the options to customers.
Parking & Transport
Good
I walked to the restaurant, which is a bit of a distance from the train station. Taking a bus might be a more convenient option. If you choose to walk, be mindful of the traffic—some junctions don’t have traffic lights, so extra caution is needed.
Accessible Toilets
Poor
The toilets here are very clean and free of obstacles. The ladies' restroom has two cubicles—one spacious and one narrower. Unfortunately, there isn’t a fully equipped accessible toilet or a baby changing facility. However, the larger cubicle is spacious enough to accommodate a carer so that a wheelchair user could use it with the help of a carer.
Staff
Excellent
Most staff are behind the counter of food ingredients, with one behind the counter in the dining area ready to help.
