Good access except for the toilet

Overview
Easy to get inside, good food, lovely service. But the so-called "accessible" toilet was a big let-down.
Transport & Parking
Access
There is a metal ramp permanently in place to give access to the restaurant, which is a couple of steps above street level. There is wheelchair-friendly tables in the lower half of the split-level ground floor, the tables are too close together for a powerchair user to move between them freely. Staff are helpful in moving any tables which are in the way.
Toilets
There is an accessible toilet, it is rather small, and had a gigantic baby cot taking up the entirety of the wheelchair transfer space next to the toilet bowl. This is mind-bogglingly silly and thoughtless. The wheelchair transfer space is designed for a wheelchair user to park and transfer sideways to the toilet. It is NOT storage space or space for a baby cot. I was unable to transfer to the toilet. See my photo.
Staff
Staff who served us food: full marks for courtesy and friendliness. Staff who allowed a gigantic baby cot to take up the entirety of the wheelchair transfer space next to the toilet bowl: zero stars - disgraceful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The lasagne was the oddest lasagne I have ever eaten. It seems to have been made with chorizo instead of the usual mince, and some disagreeably pungent parsley. Not a pleasant surprise. The dessert was excellent. If the baby cot is removed from the toilet, this restaurant would be a much better option for wheelchair users than it currently is.
