yay for food, boo for disabled access
The food smells amazing from rolling through the door, it's ramped access with a rubber mat on the floor. You can see the chefs prepare everything and the ground floor is large enough to get a wheelchair in to sit with family or friends. Today I ordered take away but the staff bring food to your tables if you are sitting in and soft drinks are bottomless which is always a bonus. My husband likes spicy, me not so much. The chicken is always succulent and delicious and the cheesy chips and peri peri chips are crunchy yet fluffy in the middle. Unfortunately the disabled alert cord is shorter than the height of the toilet roll holder (I'm going to write about this to make sure they sort it, I tagged the cord too) The toilet seat was off and a nasty metal fitting was sticking up which meant I had to wait rather than attempt to use it! Food was ready quickly and this is a busy place so it's worth leaving carefully as there's lots of people walking about as you exit on to the street. I fully expect the toilet issue to be resolved, it wasn't like that previously but I get they forget etc...
