Overview
All the areas are wheelchair accessible. No loop noticed. For those visually impaired visitors the venue is very accessible as you can get up close and personal to virtually all of the exhibits. Signage and labels were clear. Toilet facilities and a lift to every floor.
Transport & Parking
The bus stops are at the top of union street and it is a downhill walk down a slightly cobbled street to the museum.
Access
There is a lift to every floor with plenty of room to manoeuvre.
Toilets
Easy to find, clean and tidy.
Staff
Very friendly, helpful and approachable.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Would visit again. For those hard of hearing, you may struggle to hear the video commentary if people nearby are talking.
