NorthLink Ferry Terminal

I popped along to the terminal specifically to write this accessibility review. Given the age of the structure, I didn’t expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. The member of staff I spoke with was especially helpful, showing me around the grounds and offering me access to a ship for further review if I had the time the next day, sadly I didn’t but this makes clear that they care about accessibility.

Good Ferry Terminal with great disabled access and super staff!

Staff at the ferry terminal were very friendly and efficient at getting us on board the ferry and making sure that we were parked near the lift. Once on board we were met by the ships purser who checked us in and took us to our cabin. Everything was explained were everything was and located, we then preceded to the restaurant to have our dinner, again the ships crew could not have been more helpful getting us to the table and taking our order. The meal was excellent. We then went to the cabin and off for a good nights sleep.
