Staff at the ferry terminal were very friendly and efficient at getting us on board the ferry and making sure that we were parked near the lift. Once on board we were met by the ships purser who checked us in and took us to our cabin. Everything was explained were everything was and located, we then preceded to the restaurant to have our dinner, again the ships crew could not have been more helpful getting us to the table and taking our order. The meal was excellent. We then went to the cabin and off for a good nights sleep.

There was disabled toilets on each deck and access to the restaurants and bars was good.
Parking & Transport

We parked at the ferry terminal which was fine, there was no specified disabled bays there, we just waited in a line until it was time to board the ship. We checked in and received our boarding passes and proceeded onto the ship, we parked right by the lift and headed up, we were met by the ships purser and we were showed to our cabin, the cabin was good and clean, as we were in two wheelchairs it was a little bit of a squeeze. But we were able to adjust by using one wheelchair for using the toilet and shower room. There would be plenty of room for one wheelchair and carer or partner.

All the staff and crew were all very helpful.
Additional Information
The ferry crossing could be a bit up and down depending on the weather so make sure that you have sea sickness tablets with you just in case.
