Overview
Nothing was too much trouble - I was able to listen to one of my favourite artists with easy access in my wheelchair and was treated like a VIP as others have said. Easy access, a great view, a runner for drinks. Thank you so. much. This is how things should always be.
Transport & Parking
We travelled by train and would not recommend travelling by car due to parking. The train was okay but that is a separate matter!
Access
1. Allowed access before the crowds. 2. Ramp access arranged. 3. Access to the lift. 4. Excellent access to viewing gallery. 5. Wheelchair storage as requested. 6. A runner who brought drinks.
Toilets
Staff
Prior communication was thoughtful and personal. Everyone was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
