Apartrooms

A hybrid between an APARTment and a hotel ROOM, these are contemporary, comfortable, compact, self-catering, smart living spaces, designed for short or long stays. Perfect for business, corporate, airbnb or holiday stays. What kind of accommodation? Our first building close to Aberdeen has 10 Apartrooms. We have 1 and 2 bedroom Apartooms that sleep between 2 and 4 persons. Each one is fully equipped. Apartroom 3 is designed for less abled guests. This has level access and a walk in wet room shower with rails and shower seat. There is no reception, at the time of booking we will email you an access code, this means you can turn up at any time. Check in is from 2pm. Check out by 11am. Pets are welcome at no extra cost. What is included? Our prices are inclusive of all utility bills, (water, elec, gas), council tax, TV license, Wi-Fi and housekeeping. We also offer a free self service laundry, free parking and two EV charging points. All our prices include VAT @ 20%. Who is it for? Primarily aimed at the business/corporate traveller, but also perfect for airbnb, holiday or temporary relocation stays. Stay Longer? Stay for 1 night or 6 months. We offer substantial discounts for longer stays.
