Spacious two floored high street bank. Automatic doors at front of branch, lift inside for access to second floor if required. Spacious banking hall area to easily move around the branch to required areas. Talking ATMS for those customers who may be blind or partially sighted. Use of SignVideo for customers who use BSL Our assisted services devices for carrying out transactions at wheel chair level and Braille in areas of the bank where needed. We also have an infrared loop system.

All branch staff have access to SignVideo to communicate with customers who use BSL if this is what is required to carry out appointment or transaction. Staff also have a number of avenues to help support customers with specific accessibility needs. This may be high visibility debit cards, signature stamps, statements in audio or Braille format along with a number of other facilities.
