Average
The reception, shop, cafe & chip shop were fully wheelchair accessible. The car section was also fully accessible. Some of the sets were level access but many weren't and had steps including the pub. I did see ramps but they were left outside and rusty and I wouldn't have trusted them in a heavy powerchair. There were cobbles and gravel.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There is plenty of free disabled parking. I came on the train. The local station is Tipton and is fully accessible but unstaffed. The pavements to the museum however are horrendous due to tree roots and I kept having to cross the road or roll in the road.
Accessible Toilets
Good
No changing places facilties but there was a reasonable sized clean accessible loo available near the cafe. However there were several bins in there. Grab rails & toilet seat weren't of a contrasting colour.
Staff
Excellent
Could have done with more staff to help with access.
