Wheelchair-unfriendly New

This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Powerchair
Overview
We knew that it was not going to be fully accessible for electric wheelchairs by the nature of the museum - it’s a 1920s-50s town outside - and much of the area is cobbled, but there are insufficient dropped kerbs to get you onto the paths and anywhere near the properties. People pushing wheelchairs would be able to get up on some paths but the kerbs are high
Transport & Parking
The car park is part of the complex but disabled spaces are badly marked - they are at the top of the car park
Access
There are two lifts to get you from floor level down to museum level. Not a lot of seating around the town
