On looking for somewhere to have a meal with our children both students at Edinburgh University) my daughter suggested going to Bread Meats Bread in Lothian Road. My wife and I did not know what kind of eatery is was but soon discovered it was primarily one which specialized in burgers. Perhaps not really our thing but I can tell you these were no ordinary burgers. We all had different ones and each of us really enjoy them. Three of us ordered a portion of chips – big mistake as two between the four of us would been plenty.

Access for my wheelchair was easy, and staff guided us to an accessible table straight away.

The staff were also very helpful in catering for any ‘fussiness’ by arranging the removal of items such as ‘slow onions or pickle’
Additional Information
If we are in the area when looking for somewhere to eat, we shall certainly make a return visit to Bread Meats Bread. Unusually we were all full up so we didn’t even ask to see a desert menu. At £56 including gratuity, this was a very reasonably priced meal indeed.
