Harbour views with a castle to match

Exploring Broughty Ferry beach we followed the new found pathway to head and see how far it went. Running parallel to the beach the path swung inland and then around a corner to reveal the castle sitting high above the harbour. A wheel out on to the breakwater gave some splendid views of the estuary out to see and then along inland to the busyness of Dundee Docks.

Spectacular views across the Harbour, the Castle and beyond

Broughty Ferry Harbour was a discovery that took the imagination back in time. With a castle on one side, the tidal harbour in the centre and the two pier like breakwaters there was a lot to see and do.
