Excellent
Wheelchair accessible. A lift to all floors and to the accessible toilets. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only downside is that when it was very busy it was difficult to get in the door as lots of people waiting to be seated. Could have done with a little more room between the tables. Staff are willing to go the extra mile to assist you, showed me where the toilet was and took me there in the lift. I would have struggled to use the lift by myself as you need both hands. My friend had their mobility scooter but had to leave it outside as there would have been no room and we were unsure if we would get it in the lift. The Manager was going to check the weight restrictions for the lift. There is an area as you first go in that would have been perfect to use but unfortunately it was occupied. This area can be reserved.

No parking very close by, but lots of spaces not too far away. Close to local bus routes.
