On my trip around Perth, it was great to discover a Changing Places toilet at both Perth Museum and the Perth & Kinross Council Offices - that's two options with 640 metres of each others. This facility is great, but it's let down by the fact there's a requirement to ask for access at the front desk and a bit of a journey through the building to access it.
