Delicious food, tricky wheelchair access
Before arriving in Leeds, I researched some vegetarian restaurants and was pleased to find one so close to the train station. So Bundobust became my first meal in Leeds and I did not even have to have another one until the next day, because I was so full of delicious food. The mango lassi was all I needed to be happy, so I did not have any of their beers this time, but I was certainly intrigued by the selection of pints from their own brewery.
If you can never decide on just one thing, this might be just the place for you, since the menu recommends to get three small plates, one from each category, which are designed to complement one another. It is mostly Indian street food with some Indian/Mexican fusion and a wide variety of drinks. It is always nice to be at a vegetarian restaurant and not having your choices already narrowed down to a few vegetarian options and there were a number of vegan options as well. It was all yummy, but my favourite were the okra fries.
The decor is a cool shabby chic with the panelling being made from old doors in different colours that are patchwork together.
