From learning how your favourite confectionery is made and uncovering the fascinating story of Cadbury chocolate, to playing in chocolate rain and adding your favourite treat to a delicious pot of warm liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk. You’ll discover the origins of the cocoa bean amidst trees and waterfalls in the Aztec Jungle, before jumping on board the magical Cadabra ride and visiting the brand new 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, a 4D cinema experience featuring Cadbury’s most popular characters. A visit to Cadbury World is not a factory tour. You’ll discover the history, the making and the magic of Cadbury confectionery and experience the sights, smells and tastes of the place where chocolate really comes to life.

Family fun but probably not for teenagers until they get to the shop selling cheap chocolate!

We needed a stop off on route thru Birmingham and all loving chocolate figured this would be an ideal way to waste an hour and stretch our legs. You MUST pre book tickets, especially during half term. Good amount of disabled parking, ramped access to the entrance. Special banded assistance for wheelchair user and designated member of staff to guide you. Accessible WC (I saw a sign for a changing place too) All exhibitions have been designed to accommodate wheelchair users, the train ride even has a car for a wheelchair user - thankfully short and definately aimed at younger kids (not 15yr olds) Lowered bench in chocolate room. I felt every effort had been made to accommodate a wheelchair user,

Fantastic and accessible

Took a trip with 2 adults ( 1 in wheelchair) and 2 children. Got tickets online including a carers free ticket On the day given a wrist band to help with accessibility, priority que's. Had a fantastic day, just shame about some of the other visitors

The best day ever with friends

We had a brilliant day out the staff could not do enough for us, we took my wheelchair bound grandson who is 7 years old nothing was to much trouble for them, the staff made the day so special for all of us,the disabled toilets are the best we have ever seen Cadbury world really do care about the disabled ,they made my grandson feel like an every day child NOT a disabled child thank you so much the staff on Saturday you are the best.

Accessible parking at Cadbury World

There are extensive parking facilities located near the entrance, with a low-level reception counter and low-level exhibits in certain zones; ramps adaptations throughout; lift access where available, accessible toilets on each floor and throughout the exhibition; Changing Places facility; and a bean mobile on our Cadabra ride has been adapted for wheelchair use.

Toilets features at Cadbury World

There are accessible disabled toilets on each floor and throughout the Cadbury World exhibition. Our Changing Places facility includes a new accessible (Document M) compliant toilet. To give two different access toilet facilities, the Changing Places room offers additional features including a height-adjustable adult sized changing bench, height adjustable wash basin, hoist and a Clos-o-Mat ‘wash and dry’ automatic toilet.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.

Changing Places toilet

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.
