Uncover a world of chocolate delights and enjoy a fascinating, fun-packed day out at Cadbury World! There’s so much to see and do for the whole family. From learning how your favourite confectionery is made and uncovering the fascinating story of Cadbury chocolate, to playing in chocolate rain and adding your favourite treat to a delicious pot of warm liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk. You’ll discover the origins of the cocoa bean amidst trees and waterfalls in the Aztec Jungle, before jumping on board the magical Cadabra ride and visiting the brand new 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, a 4D cinema experience featuring Cadbury’s most popular characters. A visit to Cadbury World is not a factory tour. You’ll discover the history, the making and the magic of Cadbury confectionery and experience the sights, smells and tastes of the place where chocolate really comes to life.

Toilets

There are accessible disabled toilets on each floor and throughout the Cadbury World exhibition. Our Changing Places facility includes a new accessible (Document M) compliant toilet. To give two different access toilet facilities, the Changing Places room offers additional features including a height-adjustable adult sized changing bench, height adjustable wash basin, hoist and a Clos-o-Mat ‘wash and dry’ automatic toilet.

Staff

Cadbury World is a multi-sensory and interactive experience. Staff will be happy to answer any questions throughout the exhibition. We offer visually impaired visitors the opportunity to feel and touch key props at various stages (i.e. in our Chocolate Making Area, our chocolatiers can hand out the moulds they use to make chocolate products as they give their demonstration talk). Guide dogs are allowed throughout the exhibition except in production areas. We offer a guide dog sitting service at this part of the experience and one of our staff will be able to offer additional assistance.
