We have five hotel rooms with high levels of accessibility, each with en-suite shower rooms. Two of the shower rooms are fully wheelchair accessible, the remaining three have low-profile shower trays. Three of our rooms have enclosed patios. Our reception office, all hotel rooms, and Pryd o Fwyd restaurant are on the ground floor, with level access throughout. Our reception desk has a counter set at an accessible height for all and has a hearing loop installed. Braille is included on all our signs. There is a fire exit directly from each room to the outside, with a paved path leading to the assembly point. As well as making our building as accessible as possible, we have various extra equipment available for your use to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to make use of any extra equipment so that we can reserve it for you. If you need to hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter for your stay, we can provide you with contact details for local equipment hire companies, receive delivery and store it safely for you until you arrive.
