A character rural retreat on our smallholding in West Wales, level access and pets welcome, it is a cosy conversion with a wood-burner to cuddle up in front of. The Longbarn sleeps six, one accessible twin bedroom with en-suite wet room on the ground floor, a double with en-suite and bunk bedroom upstairs. Llansteffan beach and castle 2 miles away with two accessible pubs. Try keeping chickens for the week, while you are here, feed them and collect the eggs!

Disabled Access at Trehyddion Barns

Level access is via two possible entrances into either side of the building. Living room entrance, concrete ramp, lever door handle half glazed. Kitchen door (lever handle patio style ) via concrete path from car park area, via level access patio area.

Private drop off car park, with concrete ramp to living room door and concrete path to patio, garden and kitchen door. Low level thresholds. Large private shared car parking area at rear of property with one step to access property via back door. Car park and lane to the property is compacted unmade gravel.

Toilet is located in the en suite wet room. Lever flush with call pull cord system. Access from both sides of the toilet, free standing toilet frame available. Commode available. Shower with adjustable height shower head, shower chair, grab rail and suction grab rail.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
