    A CHARMING SMALL FARM COTTAGE WITH BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS. Located within the delightful rural setting of Boundary Farm, 1 mile from Framlingham, the Cart Lodge has been skilfully rebuilt to offer comfortable accessible accommodation with a bedroom, en-suite shower, kitchen/diner and wonderful views of the countryside. All on ground level, the cottage is wheelchair friendly with large wheel-in shower room and entrance ramp.

    One-bedroomed Self-catering Holiday Cottage with Flat Access and Wet Room

    A very reasonably priced recently refurbished cottage (originally farm outbuildings) in a rural setting a few miles outside historic Framlingham but within an easy drive of the Suffolk coast. Can be rented alone or in combination with the 2 other larger (non-accessible) adjoining properties.

    The Cart Lodge is level throughout on ground floor. There is ramp access directly into the bedroom. The door from the kitchen to the bedroom and the door from the bedroom to the en-suite shower room are extra wide. The shower room is wheel chair accessible and has grab bars. The washbasin has space underneath for a wheelchair and has lever taps. A portable shower stool and toilet raiser is available. The bedroom has light switches and plug sockets at wheel chair height.
