Charlottes ice cream parlour is a fun attraction with farm animals and rides for the children. It also has a café that serves a variety of food, ice creams and desserts. The café has a large easily accessible ramp up to the doorway from the car park that also leads down into the play area. The parlour also accommodates for disabled parking although this is limited. The doors have disabled button access making it easier for customers to open the door that might be in a wheelchair. The rides on the site are not disabled friendly rides although there are other options of visiting/petting the farm animals which have wide pathways to accommodate for wheelchairs.The site also has large disabled toilets inside of the café and signs were only in print when listing food choices and menus.

Excellent
Was able to easily see all of the animals from the railing of their pen and other areas of the site. Uneven ground on the pathways to see animals as it was just grass, could be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair over. There were steps to the cafe but also ramps which made it versatile.
Parking & Transport
Poor
only a few disabled parking spaces, could potentially be none left on a busy day.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There were disabled toilets that were easily located on the site. The toilets were clean and tidy with a scheduled cleaning rota. They also had hand rails and enough room to easily maneuver around the bathroom
Staff
Average
The staff were competent and serving time was fast. Although staff could have been more friendly and happier.
