Fully accessible living accommodation and accessible garden with patio area and raised beds, specifically designed for wheelchair users. The open plan kitchen/living area has patio doors leading to the garden. There are three bedrooms, two of which are wheelchair accessible, sleeping up to 6 people. One bedroom has a ceiling tracking hoist, and a height adjustable single profiling bed with air mattress. The other single bed has head and leg raisers. The ensuite wetroom is equipped with 2 different types of shower chair. The sink is height adjustable. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and oven. There is a height adjustable hob, workspace and sink. There are 2 parking spaces at the door.
