Good
We turned up on spec and were very well looked after. £25 for two courses from the lunch set menu, then go on, share the Torta Cioccolato with sour cherries - because you're worth it
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Two ramps needed to get up the front steps, but the guy at the front door leapt into action as soon as he saw me on the scooter. The ramps are portable but are sturdy and nice and wide (like the ones that they use on trains). The very nicest thing was that he immediately asked me if I wanted a push - which the scooter would have coped without, but is psychologically very comforting! He was quick to offer to offer similar assistance on the way out, which (with my dodgy brakes) was much appreciated.
Parking & Transport
Good
George Street so limited (pricey) parking. Lots of buses to Princes St though. Taxi can stop right outside.
Accessible Toilets
Average
Not bad - a separate accessible toilet on ground level - too tight to turn a scooter (as others have said) but equipped with a grab rail. Plenty of room to open the door and close and lock it behind you.

Excellent
Couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.
